Refund Policy

At Adi Maa Annapurna Bastralaya, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase is eligible for a refund under our Return and Refund Policy, the following terms will apply:

1. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved and processed.

  • Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer/UPI/Wallet after verifying your details.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • The product is returned within the specified 5–7 day return window.

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging along with any free gifts, accessories, or promotional items received.

  • Authentic photos and videos of the product are provided at the time of raising a return/refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products bought during sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offers.

  • Customized, tailored, or personalized products.

  • Products that fall under health, hygiene, or safety categories (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics) once unsealed.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing tags due to customer handling.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products returned with minor missing parts/accessories.

  • Products returned with slight wear/tear caused by improper handling.

  • Refund requested after the return period but approved as an exception.

6. Gift Orders

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift was not marked as such, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

7. Force Majeure / Exceptional Delays

In rare cases where delays occur due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, courier strikes, political unrest, etc.), refunds may take longer than usual. We assure you that we will work with you to resolve such issues fairly.

8. Final Rights

Adi Maa Annapurna Bastralaya reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on product condition, return validity, and supporting evidence provided by the customer.
