If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on Shipping, Returns and Refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

  • Where do you ship?
    We ship Pan-India only.

  • Estimated delivery time:
    Your order will usually be delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Dispatch time:
    Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Courier partners:
    We ship via Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, and other trusted partners.

  • Shipping fees:

    • Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000.

    • A flat shipping rate applies on orders below ₹2000.

  • Order tracking:
    Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Email & SMS.

  • Restricted delivery areas:
    We may not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) in certain locations.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 5–7 days without giving any reason.

  • The deadline for cancelling an Order is 5–7 days from the date of receipt of the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed (not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds are credited to the customer wallet.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

  • Goods are returned in original packaging.

  • A product opening video is mandatory for claims related to damaged/missing/wrong items.

  • Worn, washed or used products

  • Undergarments, hygiene-related items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Goods without original tags

  • Goods damaged due to customer handling

Exchanges

  • We allow exchange only (for size or color issues).

  • The exchanged product will be delivered within 5 to 10 days.

  • Refunds are not issued in cash/bank transfer, only to customer wallet.

Returning Goods

  • Return shipping is free (we will arrange pickup).

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in self-return shipment. Always use an insured & trackable service if returning on your own.

Gifts

  • If Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit.

  • If the gift giver ordered and shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.
