1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Coverage
We currently ship Pan-India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
1.2 Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Standard delivery timelines are 5–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take additional time.
1.3 Courier Partners
We work with leading logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, India Post, and others to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
1.4 Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹2000 qualify for free shipping.

Flat Rate Shipping: A minimal charge may apply for orders below ₹2000.
1.5 Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email to monitor your delivery.
1.6 Non-Serviceable Areas
Certain pin codes may not be serviceable for COD (Cash on Delivery). We will notify you at checkout if COD is unavailable in your area.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
2.2 Cancellation by AMAB.IN
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

Product out of stock or unavailable.

Inaccurate product/pricing information.

Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

Delivery address not serviceable.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

A clear unboxing video (before opening the package) is provided as proof.
3.2 Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Worn, washed, or used clothing.

Undergarments and innerwear.

Items sold under “Sale” or “Clearance”.

Customized or altered products.

Products with tags removed, broken seals, or missing original packaging.
3.3 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

The exchange value will be equal to the original purchase value.

Refunds are not provided for exchanges; instead, replacements are issued.
3.4 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are credited to your AMAB Wallet or original payment method, as per your preference.

Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on AMAB.IN.
4.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Delays may occur due to banking/financial institution policies.
4.3 Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:

The return request is raised within the allowed window.

The returned product meets our return conditions.

Proof of damage/incorrect delivery is provided (via photos or unboxing video).

6. Gifts & Promotional Items

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of equal value upon return approval.

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return/refund.
