Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 5–7 days.

  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

  • Authentic photos and videos of the product are provided as proof (preferably an unboxing video).

  • The Goods are in the same condition as delivered, with no damage caused by the customer.

  • The Goods are unused, and all original tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact.

Non-Returnable Goods

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized/customized products.

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly, or are past their expiry date.

  • Goods that are unsealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as innerwear or intimate apparel).

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

⚠️ Note: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Items purchased on Sale, Clearance, or Offers are not eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product). Please send all returns to the following address:

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to ensure safe delivery.

  • We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or valid proof of return delivery.

  • Goods damaged or lost during return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
